A fridge doesn’t run constantly. The compressor kicks in, pulls the temperature down, and switches off. Then the insulation holds that temperature for a while, the interior warms slightly, and it kicks in again.
In normal conditions the compressor runs perhaps a third of the time. The rest of the time your fridge draws almost nothing.
The arithmetic
Take a fridge-freezer drawing 150W while the compressor runs:
